SBK Care recognized the need for high-quality care services for persons living with this chronic disease in 2015. SBK Care realized it was time to establish SBK Care as a separate legal organization by 2020. We were firmly on the route to expansion after appointing a knowledgeable and competent Board of Directors. Between 2015 and 2021, a series of acquisitions in the care sector aided this expansion. We had established a reputation as a seasoned and substantial private care service provider at that time. The acquisition and integration of SBK Care & Air Ambulance Dubai in 2021 was a watershed moment in our growth, adding professional cleaning and laundry services to our offering.
